Children Policy For the safety and comfort of all clients, children are not permitted unless they are receiving services. Late Arrival & Cancellation Policy • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • A $15 late fee will be applied after 10 minutes. • If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. • Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if the reschedule request is made at least 12 hours in advance.
